March 2013 to date Responsible for managing the firm’s business lines, such as accounting records, audits, taxes, transfer pricing, and legal services. Mr. Hurtado has more than 20 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Inter-American University of Panama, a master’s degree in tax and fiscal management from the same university, a master’s degree in forensic auditing from the University of Certified Public Accountants, and a bachelor’s degree in law and political science from the American University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law, with Cum Laude honors, from the Inter-American University of Panama. He has taken various courses in accounting and legal subjects and has been an expert witness in civil, tax, and transfer pricing matters. He is a member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Accountants of Panama, the IFA Panama Group, and the Bar Association of Panama.
Francisco González
Accounting Partner
June 2019 to present Responsible for managing accounting work as a partner. Mr. González holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Panama. He has taken various courses in accounting and legal matters and has been an expert witness in civil, tax, and transfer pricing matters. He is a member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants of Panama.
Mario Berguido

February 2025 to present Responsible for managing audit and assurance engagements at the firm. With over 25 years of experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, finance, compliance, consulting, and administration, I have worked at prestigious international firms where I have excelled as a leader of audit teams, participated in financial and forensic audits, and related special projects in different industries at the national and international level, based on international standards such as commercial, industrial, financial, construction, services, and gaming, among others. I also worked as a financial director at a multinational company.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Forensic Auditing from the Specialized University of Public Accountants (Unescpa). Specialization in Auditing from the Specialized University of Certified Public Accountants (Unescpa). Graduate of the University of Panama, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing. Postgraduate degree in Research Techniques from the Specialized University of Certified Public Accountants (Unescpa).
Certificate in training of officers, liaisons, and compliance companies. Certificate in Forensic Auditing in the Investigation of Economic Crimes from the Catholic University of Santa María la Antigua (USMA).
